### Search before asking - [x] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Description Implement a tool which can do some optimization for doris, like adjusting data distribution for a table. The basic idea is rewrite data in a temporary partition and replace the original partition with the temporary partition. - [ ] enhance `alter replace partition` with a version checking, if the partition's version is equal to the version provided by alter statement, then replacing happens.
