pick (#51404) related issue: https://github.com/apache/doris/issues/51426 The core refactoring is to change the close logic of `VNodeChannel` from **sequential close** to **parallel close**. The problem with sequential close is that if a node closes slowly, the global timeout will occur. The purpose of refactoring is to prepare for `quorum write success`, and parallel close can determine the majority tablet success and return directly without waiting for slow nodes until timeout. ### What problem does this PR solve?
