### What problem does this PR solve?
In previous PR [52598](https://github.com/apache/doris/pull/52598), we
added support for querying Paimon system tables in Doris. However, when
dealing with tables containing large amounts of data, querying system tables
like `binlog` and `audit_log` can be time-consuming due to the lack of
predicate pushdown.
This PR implements predicate pushdown optimization by converting Apache
Doris predicates to Paimon filters, which significantly reduces query time by
filtering unnecessary data at the source.
