### What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: close #xxx
Related PR: #51562
Problem Summary:
When you execute the statement
`show alter table materialized view from your_db_name where IndexName =
'xxx';`, you can get the result :

It's confused for user, because the result doesn't contain **IndexName** but
user can show the result.
The second problem is the value of IndexName, you can get all materialized
views whatever you set in IndexName, for example : `where IndexName = 'yyy'`
and `where IndexName = 'zzz'`, the two where clauses can return all
materialized views both.
So we should fix it.
