### What problem does this PR solve?
Problem Summary:
Fix regression test "test_s3tables_write_partitions" by renaming table name.
Because we found that the table using the iceberg api in this test can be
listed, but it cannot be accessed and will report that it does not exist. This
may be caused by a bug in the previous transaction write, which has now been
fixed. Therefore, we will change the table name first to see if this problem
will occur again.
