Problem Summary:
This PR mainly solves the problem that BE often core when jni has the
`-Xcheck:jni` parameter, and fixes some of the printed stacks.
In the next PR, I will introduce RAII to solve the problem of having to
manually call `DeleteLocalRef`and manually check for exceptions after each call
to a Jni function.
