### What problem does this PR solve?
The current implementation of system tables involves the BE (Backend)
requesting data from the FE (Frontend). The FE sends all the data to the BE,
and then the BE filters the data based on the conditions.
This approach leads to slow queries and wastes computational resources.
This PR enables pre-filtering of data on the FE side.
The implementation involves serializing the filter conditions that the FE
can process using Gson and passing them to the BE. The BE then returns these
conditions unchanged to the FE, where they are deserialized and used to filter
the data.
