### What problem does this PR solve?
- Modify HMSBaseProperties.of() to call checkAndInit() internally, ensuring
the returned instance is fully initialized and validated.
Modify HMSBaseProperties.of() to call checkAndInit() internally, ensuring
the returned instance is fully initialized and validated.
Added a new parameter hive.metastore.username to specify the username used
for HDFS access by Hive Metastore in non-Kerberos environments. For backward
compatibility, the existing hadoop.username parameter remains supported and
will be honored if the new parameter is not set.
