    [Fix](case)Improved test stability (#55131)
    
    ### What problem does this PR solve?
    
    Made non-catalog test case parameters configurable.
    
    Added a random numeric suffix to test table names to avoid failures
    caused by concurrent test runs.
    
    Fixed several unstable test cases.
