### What problem does this PR solve?
1. Optimize hive docker scripts to make them more robust and readable.
2. Increase the heap size for Hive and Hadoop to prevent task failures
caused by OutOfMemoryErrors.
3. Increase maxattempts for map and reduce to improve task success rate.
4. Move the Hadoop JAR files from the auxlib directory to the lib directory
to prevent them from being copied to the local temporary directory when running
tasks in local mode.In order to enhance performance and work around a bug in
Hadoop 2.1.
5. Add the `load-parallel` flag to control the parallel number of preparing
test data.
