### What problem does this PR solve?

Problem Summary:
In `read_json_by_line=true` mode, only the first JSON record per line was
parsed, silently ignoring subsequent records. This led to data loss during JSON
file loading.
This fix adds validation to detect multiple JSON objects per line and throws
an error: "Multiple JSON objects in a single line".
Moreover, since there are more JSON files that adopt the read_json_by_line
mode, we have set the default behavior of StreamLoad for importing JSON files
to read_json_by_line.
