### What problem does this PR solve?

Problem Summary:
show restore command throw npe after FE restart.
```
mysql> show restore;
ERROR 1105 (HY000): errCode = 2, detailMessage = Cannot invoke
"org.apache.doris.backup.RestoreJob$RestoreJobState.name()" because
"this.showState" is null
