有其他PR负责优化 <=> 的。 这里把if/case when 转成 AND / OR， 是因为有很多规则是依赖AND / OR的，没法处理if / case when。 这些规则包括 simplify range, add min max, 分区裁剪。把if / case when 拆成更小的AND / OR ， 也方便join 下推表达式， or expand 之类的 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
