### What problem does this PR solve?
**Reproduction Steps**

partition p2 values [('2025-10-02 00:00:00'), ('2025-10-03

DISTRIBUTED BY HASH(`user_id`) BUCKETS 2

"replication_num" = "1" );
INSERT INTO mtmv_view_with_tb_change_table VALUES

**Solution**
When a base table changes and the MTMV is marked for schema change, its
snapshot information is also deleted.
**Affected Scope**
- rename column
- drop column
- alter column type
- replace table
- drop table
- rename table
**Not Affected Scope**
- add column
- alter column comment
- modify table comment
