### What problem does this PR solve?

Problem Summary:
Broker load tasks fail with a `SyntaxParseException` when the load
statement contains CASE expressions that return NULL values. The error occurs
because the Nereids parser grammar doesn't recognize `null_type` as a valid
data type keyword, even though the DataType parsing logic already supports it.
**Error Message:**
```
org.apache.doris.nereids.exceptions.SyntaxParseException:
mismatched input 'null_type' expecting {'AGG_STATE', 'ALL', 'ARRAY',
'BIGINT', ...}
```
