Enhancement for alter table replace table stmt.
Currently, it only support replace tables in same database.
If not, error occurs:
MySQL [(none)]> alter table db1.t1 replace with table db2.t2
PROPERTIES('swap' = 'true');
ERROR 1105 (HY000): errCode = 2, detailMessage = Syntax error in line 1:
... replace with table db2.t2...
