## Problem summary
Split the exec node mem tracker into two
1. Record the memory size held by this node. Manually track the memory
actually used by the exec node.
Ensure accuracy through small-scale mem hooks or direct consumption of
trackers.
2. Record the memory size allocated by this node. Similar to tcmalloc heap
profile growh, only track memory alloc, not track memory free.
The mem hook counts the whole process of prepare, open, and get_next
execution of each operator, which is only counted when `enable_profile=true`.
