### What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: None
Related PR: None
Problem Summary: OLAP `INSERT INTO table SELECT ...` without an explicit
target column list previously required the SELECT output column count to
exactly match the target insert columns. This change allows the SELECT outputs
to bind to the leading target columns and fills omitted trailing columns
through the existing default/null/generated-column handling. It also keeps
sequence-column validation aligned with the implicit target column set.
### Release note
Support OLAP `INSERT INTO table SELECT ...` with fewer SELECT columns than
target insert columns when target column names are omitted, filling trailing
columns with default/null/generated values.
