### What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: None
Related PR: None
Problem Summary:
Release builds compile out the non-NDEBUG diagnostic path in the
table-filter clone exception handlers. The caught exceptions are still named,
but no longer referenced, so clang fails the release build with
`-Werror,-Wunused-exception-parameter`.
This patch marks both catch parameters as `[[maybe_unused]]`, matching the
existing BE style for intentionally unused catch parameters. The debug
diagnostics and release fallback behavior are unchanged.
