Addressed. Before claiming the bucket property, every child's
`orderedShuffledColumns` are now mapped through its regular child outputs to
set-output positions, and all children must land on exactly the same positions
in the same order; any child whose hash columns are not fully visible in its
outputs, or whose positions differ, falls back to the generic derivation. The
mismatched-position shape (one child bucketed by the column feeding output k,
another by the column feeding output v of the same layout) is therefore
rejected.
