Issue Number: close #xxx
## Problem summary
java-udf-jar-with-dependencies.jar is almost 400MB, because it depends on
fe-core, so it will
contains all jars in fe-core, which is too large.
Actually, java udf jar is only depends on Type related class in fe-core, so
I moved these classes
to fe-common, so that java udf jar can only depends on fe-common.
After this change, the size of jar reduce from 358M to 90MB
