## Summary - Document the `ALTER ROUTINE LOAD ... SET TARGET TABLE` syntax introduced by apache/doris#64878 and its Kafka-only target-table constraint. - List the exact mutable `job_properties`, Kafka properties, and Kinesis properties, including value ranges, property combinations, default offset/position behavior, and progress-reset rules. - Keep the English current documentation and its Chinese current counterpart aligned. ## Related PR - apache/doris#64878 ## Version scope This feature targets the Doris `master` branch, so this PR updates only the current/dev English and Chinese pages.
