### What problem does this PR solve?
Nullable function execution detached and copied nested columns before
checking whether their null maps contained any nulls. For all-zero null maps,
this caused unnecessary full-column copies on hot paths such as nullable
Decimal64 multiplication.
Root cause: `ColumnWithTypeAndName::unnest_nullable()` called `mutate()`
before checking the null map, so shared nested columns triggered copy-on-write
detachment even when no null data needed replacement.
