Problem Summary: This experimental commit tests whether Arrow arrays can
directly reference compatible Doris fixed-width column buffers. It adds a
prototype fast path for matching numeric types, retains Doris column ownership
through the Arrow buffer, rebuilds nullable validity bitmaps, and keeps the
existing builder conversion as the fallback for unsupported layouts.
