Review Comment:
   Treating initialized `uniqueId`s as a table-wide identity is unsafe here
because they are assigned per index. For a light-schema-change table, the base
schema and each rollup/MV both start numbering at 0
(`MaterializedIndexMeta.initSchemaColumnUniqueId()` and
`MaterializedViewHandler`), while Nereids targets use the selected index's
`Column` objects. A selected rollup can therefore have `k1(uid=1)` while the
base distribution metadata has `k2(uid=1)`. This returns true, marks the `k1`
runtime filter eligible, and BE prunes rollup tablets by `hash(k1)` even though
their bucket sequence is determined by `hash(k2)`, losing matching rows. Please
compare logical base-column identity across index namespaces (and type
compatibility) instead of accepting ID equality alone, and add a
same-ID/different-base-column rollup test.
