This brings master's Paimon to 1.4.2 (same as branch-4.1 / the 4.1.4
release) to fix the AWS SDK `ScheduledExecutor` thread leak from #67898. The
`paimon-scanner` module was adapted to the 1.4.2 API changes
(`FallbackReadFileStoreTable.other()` + `wrappedFirst` ctor flag,
`IOManager.pickTempDir()`). All three `${paimon.version}` consumers compile and
all 47 paimon-scanner tests pass.
