URL: https://github.com/apache/doris/pull/68091

   Problem Summary:
CHAR decoding and SNII indexing stop at the first NUL, turning values such
as "a\0b" into "a" and potentially changing query results or reconstructed keys.

   Solution:
Trim only trailing zero padding when decoding CHAR pages and zone maps or
building SNII terms, retaining existing trailing-NUL semantics. Mark newly
normalized CHAR indexes and preserve that distinction through index copying and
compaction. For legacy CHAR indexes, fall back to column filtering where
supported and require rebuilding for index-only search or scoring
