Review Comment:
   [P1] Preserve the non-FileStore system-table fallback

This wrapper intercepts every `Identifier.isSystemTable()` and
unconditionally casts the cached origin to `FileStoreTable`.
`PaimonConnectorMetadata#getSysTableHandle` explicitly uses the catalog's
four-argument system identifier when its resolved base is a format/object table
(the non-`FileStoreTable` path), and `PaimonConnector` now supplies this
wrapper to `CatalogBackedPaimonCatalogOps`. The cast therefore raises
`ClassCastException` before the raw catalog can handle a supported system-table
lookup. Please guard the cast with `instanceof FileStoreTable` and delegate
`super.getTable(identifier)` for non-file origins, and add a regression test
for that fallback. This is distinct from the existing branch/system
invalidation-scope thread.
