### What problem does this PR solve?
Remove `test_remote_doris_variant_select` from `branch-4.2` external
regression. In [build
1054262](http://43.132.222.7:8111/viewLog.html?buildId=1054262&buildTypeId=Doris_External_Regression),
the case failed while inserting its test data with an unsupported
conversion from `Variant(max subcolumns count = 0)` to `Variant(max
subcolumns count = 2048)`.
This removes the regression case and its coverage; it does not fix the
underlying VARIANT conversion behavior. The case compares query results
directly and has no checked-in expected-output file.
