Review Comment:
   Same call here. The whole-conjunct exclusion loses v1 pruning for compounds 
whose slot-slot leaf sits next to safe siblings, but the result stays correct 
(a superset), and the v1 reader is on its way out. Keeping the conservative 
fence.
