Updated in 4ab5706e4fb: - Removed `thirdparty/rust-build-utils.sh`, `thirdparty/test/rust-build-utils-test.py`, and their archive identity, checksum, staged installation, and paired cleanup machinery. - Restored standard archive copy/strip installation and the original package iteration flow. Both Rust libraries still default to Rust 1.94.0; toolchain changes require rebuilding both libraries with the same toolchain. - Preserved the reader fixes and functional regression tests. All dependency-related changes have also been submitted independently to master in #68562, including the source pin, build recipe, and CMake dependency/link-order integration. Validation passed: shell syntax, six mock build scenarios on this branch, three package iteration scenarios, both CMake compatibility configurations, and the official source archive checksum.
