Review Comment:
[P2] Refresh existing CMake trees when switching to LLVM 22

On a Mac with `be/ut_build_ASAN` already configured under LLVM 20, changing
the compiler selected here does not change that build: `run-be-ut.sh` reuses
the directory by default, and [CMake caches the compiler after first
configuration](https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/envvar/CC.html) despite the
new `CC`/`CXX`. The same applies to `build.sh`'s existing BE tree. A developer
pulling this fix and rerunning the default ASAN tests can therefore still link
LLVM 20's runtime and hang before `main()` on macOS 26.4+. Detect and reset a
mismatched compiler cache, or include an explicit `--clean` migration step for
both BE and UT trees.
