# Proposed changes when access oss with key contains char ($&,:@=`), the aws-sdk-cpp(version:1.9.211) will get "$&,:@=`" unescaped, so cause get none when the key contains special char like ($&,:@=`)。 this pr try to fix this with compliantRfc3986Encoding=true, which is fix in master version of aws-sdk-cpp(https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-cpp)。 ## Problem summary Describe your changes. ## Checklist(Required) 1.
