Fixed the external regression failures in `debcf25328` and validated both complete suites locally before pushing. - Replace the nested array literal with `array(named_struct(...))`. - Assert exact TIMESTAMPTZ strings, microseconds, NULLs and timezone offsets in UTC and UTC+08. Use suite-owned modern ORC fixtures to remove dependence on writer/reader JVM default timezones, retaining Parquet Rust and ORC JNI profile checks. - Compact the first-row fixture before reading it and fix two Groovy string continuations found after the original failure point. Validation used the failing build's Doris artifact with Spark 4.0.0, Paimon 1.4.2 and MinIO. Both original CI failures reproduced locally. After the fixes, `test_paimon_rust_reader_eq_for_null` and `test_paimon_rust_reader_compatibility` each completed with 0 failed, 0 fatal and 0 skipped. `git diff --check` also passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
