### What problem does this PR solve?
Issue Number: close #68749
Problem Summary:
DUP tables could hash on BITMAP, HLL or QUANTILE_STATE columns without valid
write routing. Reject object-stored and AGG_STATE types in shared distribution
validation and report the concrete SQL type.

Reject BITMAP, HLL, QUANTILE_STATE and AGG_STATE hash distribution columns.
