### What problem does this PR solve?
On branch-4.1, creating a Paimon table with a partition expression such as
`date_trunc(ts, 'day')` succeeds but silently drops the expression and may
create an unpartitioned table. Explicit range/list partition definitions are
also ignored.
Reject partition expressions and non-empty partition definitions before
converting the partition descriptor or creating the remote table. Preserve
unpartitioned tables and existing identity-column partition syntax, including
multiple partition columns.
### Release note
Paimon CREATE TABLE now reports an error for unsupported partition
expressions and explicit partition definitions instead of silently ignoring
them.
### Check List (For Author)
- Test
- [x] Regression test: external Paimon SQL suite covers expressions,
explicit definitions, inferred engines, CTAS, remote table absence, and
supported partition keys.
- [x] Unit Test: PaimonMetadataOpsTest covers rejection without remote
table creation and supported column partition syntax.
- Behavior changed:
- [x] Yes. Unsupported Paimon partition models now fail during table
analysis.
- Does this need documentation?
- [x] No.
### Validation
- Before the fix, the two new rejection tests failed because CREATE TABLE
did not throw; the other 22 tests passed.
- After the fix, all 26 selected tests passed: 24 Paimon metadata tests and
two existing external-table partition tests (Iceberg/Hive).
- FE Checkstyle passed with zero violations.
- New regression suite compiles with Groovy 4.0.19. The external
Paimon/Spark/MinIO suite was not run locally.
