### What problem does this PR solve? Related PR: #68213 Problem Summary: On branch-4.2, `cd fe && mvn clean checkstyle:check` fails before Checkstyle starts with Maven 3.10.0 because `com.nimbusds:nimbus-jose-jwt` is declared twice in dependency management. The GitHub-hosted runner now includes Maven 3.10.0, which rejects duplicate declarations previously reported as warnings. Remove the duplicate Nimbus dependency and the obsolete `nimbusds.version=9.35` property, retaining the existing effective version `10.0.2`. Also remove the identical duplicate `com.qcloud.cos:hadoop-cos` dependency in `preload-extensions`, retaining its version and `org.json:json` exclusion. No dependency versions or exclusions change.
