the names are matched

the query reaches across a
+ * scope boundary -- the plan records those on the Apply that stands for
the subquery, whose correlation
+ * slots are the outer columns its right side reads -- because such a name
is the scopes' to answer for
+ * rather than the query's: the nearest column to the reference answers
for it, so a column the change
+ * takes away from a scope inside leaves the name to one outside, and a
column it gives to a scope inside
+ * takes the name over. A name reached with the qualifier of another table
inside the query's own scope
+ * is neither: no later change can move it, so one to a column it does not
name is one this view's rows
+ * do not depend on.

Review Comment:
[P2] Match the source column behind a filter-only forwarding alias. For a
refreshed MV `SELECT d.id FROM (SELECT c.id, c.x AS flag FROM changed_t c) d
WHERE d.flag=1`, light `ADD changed_t.flag DEFAULT 0` leaves `d.flag` bound to
`c.x` and every row unchanged. The lineage replacement map is seeded from the
MV output (`d.id`), so the filter-only `d.flag` remains in dataset FILTER
lineage. `Alias.toSlot()` gives it visible name `flag` and original table
`changed_t`, but original column `x`; this scan matches the visible name and
table and invalidates the MV, dropping its rewrite snapshot. Match the original
source column here. The existing IN-subquery alias thread covers the separate
raw Apply-right scan; this is a top-level dataset predicate with no Apply.
