Cherry-picked from #68241 Conflict resolution: preserve branch-4.1's existing CDC type conversion and method structure in `StreamingJobUtils`, and adapt the three FE tests to JUnit 4. Validation: FE Checkstyle passed with 0 violations; all 3 `DorisBatchStreamLoadTest` cases passed; `git diff --check` passed.
