### What problem does this PR solve? Issue Number: N/A Related PR: https://github.com/shuke987/codex/pull/5 Problem Summary: The manual runtime canary still installs Codex 0.156.1. Pin its package URI, archive SHA256 and manifest version to the complete Linux x64 0.162.1 package built from `3547e9086675d6b9aedfae84c15c33b2fdc155fa`. This stages the new runtime for a subsequent manual `runtime_canary=true` run. The production review job continues using its existing 0.156.1 package. Authentication selection, model choices, triggers and the canary checks are unchanged. Build: https://github.com/shuke987/codex/actions/runs/38138448659 Archive SHA256: `51304e4f9c343ae84e00a304344df41c2fd32821c83bdbf5be68b0f0c25ddae1`. ### Release note None ### Check List (For Author) - Test: - [x] Manual test. - Verified the downloaded GitHub artifact ZIP digest, outer archive checksums, all packaged file checksums, manifest version and source build metadata. - `actionlint -shellcheck= -pyflakes=` passed on the original and updated workflow. - Confirmed exactly three canary pin changes; the production jobs are byte-identical. - The source release build passed packaged CLI identity, helper, code-mode and same-thread capacity recovery smoke checks. - The real-account canary is intentionally pending a separate post-merge dispatch; no model request has been made by this change. - Behavior changed: - [x] Yes. A manually selected runtime canary installs 0.162.1; regular reviews retain 0.156.1. - Does this need documentation? - [x] No. ### Check List (For Reviewer who merge this PR) - [ ] Confirm the release note - [ ] Confirm test cases - [ ] Confirm document - [ ] Add branch pick label -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
