Problem Summary:
The minimal Kerberos test image is based on apache/hive:3.1.3, whose Debian
Bullseye package indexes have moved off the active Debian mirrors. Uncached
image builds therefore fail while installing the MIT Kerberos packages.
Rewrite Debian main and security repositories to archive.debian.org before
running apt-get, and disable the expired archive metadata check. Support both
legacy sources.list files and Deb822 .sources files without changing unrelated
package repositories.
