Cherry-picked from #68876 Adapted filesystem APIs, literal S3 key matching, and Java 8/test APIs for branch-4.1 while preserving its existing Lance support. Validation: FE build and Checkstyle passed; 163 unit tests across 11 classes passed. Real S3/SQS regression was not run. SQS introduces outbound FE requests to a user-supplied queue URL, an SSRF surface reachable through streaming CREATE JOB by users with LOAD privilege on the target table. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
