## Summary - Translate two Dev documentation entry pages: Features and Architecture, and Installation and Deployment. - Record each page's source commit, source and target hashes, and machine review status independently. - Update the T09-DEV-001 ledger after PR #4213 merged. The other 17 assigned pages remain open. The Dev and 4.x English files have identical native doc IDs, relative paths, and source hashes. This PR only changes Dev. Reuse in the 4.x batch requires Japanese proofreading and separate 4.x state and route checks. ## Verification - `node scripts/i18n/check-translations.cjs --base upstream-apache/master`: 2 checked, 0 errors. - Targeted link lint on both new MDX files: 0 findings. - `DORIS_ENABLE_JA=true DOCS_VERSIONS=current NODE_OPTIONS=--max-old-space-size=8192 node scripts/build-locales.cjs`: en, zh-CN, and ja completed. - `node scripts/i18n/verify-static.cjs --site build --manifest .i18n-build/manifests/ja.json`: 1,778 non-draft pages verified. - Candidate coverage: Dev 5/1,639, 4.x 1/1,596, community 1/51. This is branch coverage, not merged coverage. ## Review status This is a machine-reviewed translation candidate. A Japanese technical proofreader still needs to review the wording.
