### What problem does this PR solve?
Related PR: #68608, #68609, #68664
The segment write path currently converts block columns into intermediate
storage buffers through OlapBlockDataConvertor. Column writers, page builders,
index writers and key encoders then consume those buffers through raw pointers.
This PR removes OlapBlockDataConvertor and changes the write path to consume
column ranges directly through `(const IColumn&, row_pos, num_rows)`.
- Extend StorageLayout to provide column-to-storage conversion and object
serialization.
- Update page builders, column writers and index writers to consume IColumn
directly.
- Share nullable-run processing and array index input handling.
- Encode keys directly from block columns and migrate partial-update,
variant and BUILD INDEX paths.
- Update unit tests and add segment flush benchmarks.
Existing CHAR padding, key encoding and on-disk page formats are preserved.
