hello-stephen opened a new pull request, #69201:
URL: https://github.com/apache/doris/pull/69201

   ### What problem does this PR solve?

   Issue Number: None

The branch-4.1 External test_oceanbase_jdbc_catalog case fails with an
eight-hour TIMESTAMP difference in TeamCity build #330: expected 2012-10-26
10:08:39.3457+08:00, actual 2012-10-26 02:08:39.3457+08:00.

The OceanBase fixture container uses TZ=Asia/Shanghai, and the suite sets
the Doris session to Asia/Shanghai, but its JDBC URL declares
serverTimezone=UTC. OceanBase Connector/J documents this option as the server's
time zone. Set it to Asia/Shanghai and retain the existing expected output so a
targeted run checks the behavior.

This is a draft until the target suite runs to a terminal result on the
updated case artifact.

   ### Release note

   None

   ### Check List (For Author)

   - Test: git diff --check passed; targeted External case pending
   - Behavior changed: No, regression test configuration only
   - Does this need documentation: No
