## Summary Korean documentation can now use its own native inventory and translated navigation. The initial snapshot is pinned to merged T02 commit `9afaea163cc22fd523b0a9761b5e6db920bd3d2b`: 3,336 required Dev/4.x/community pages, four current machine-reviewed translations and 3,332 pending pages. Korean remains disabled in production. - Adds one immutable snapshot with native identities, routes, source hashes, draft/unlisted dispositions, reports and 200-entry shards. No Japanese records were reused. The native metadata enumeration retains all configured versions and plugins. - Completes all 385 Korean sidebar keys: 358 translated and 27 technical names retained with explicit per-key reasons. Document domains and community navigation use the same native hierarchy. - Localizes the mobile drawer, section navigation and page TOC through stable translation keys, retaining existing English, Chinese and Japanese text. The TOC homepage link uses the existing ordinary-page fallback helper. - Fixes an uninitialized locale identity function in the inventory CLI. The first pinned run exposed this error; a real CLI regression now covers committed state in Dev, 4.x and community. The tool-only fix was committed before generation; all pinned source, routing, scope and state inputs remained identical to T02. ## Validation - Node 20: 177 tests passed, zero failures; one existing Apache integration test skipped by its environment guard. The six multi-locale tests include the real inventory CLI. - Initial audit at the merged T02 source SHA confirms current/pending counts of Dev 2/1,668, 4.x 1/1,614 and community 1/50; no new/moved/deleted or unregistered nodes. - Sidebar validation: zero missing or untranslated native keys. Snapshot files are valid JSON and all remain below the repository file-size limit; the original snapshot bytes were preserved after dictionary edits. - Four-language Dev build and browser navigation verification are running; results will be added here. CI is pending. The snapshot is a historical baseline. It does not imply full Korean translation or human proofreading.
