Addressed review [5562330669](https://github.com/apache/doris/pull/69163#pullrequestreview-5562330669) in `1a0cfb1e8ea`: - Preserve equality-delete applicability across DATE-to-nanos promotion and subsequent column removal in both SDK and manifest-cache planning, including historical bounds on delete files. Keep pruning for compatible nanos bounds. - Resolve raw quoted slot names before the rewrite safety check. - Restrict ORC timestamp planning to projected nested leaves. The 32-stripe integer-only test reduces extra timestamp footer reads from 32 to 0 and RowReaders from 6 to 1, while retaining correct projected timestamp values. Validation: 232 FE tests passed; complete ASAN BE build and the focused ORC projection test passed; Checkstyle, clang-format and diff checks passed. The new tests were also run against the original implementations to confirm the failures.
