The External Regression failure in `external_table_p0/paimon/write/test_paimon_write_char_padding.groovy:271` is inherited from the master merge. Two master changes conflict: - #69101 (`183d73e778`) rejects complex types as MAP keys in `CreateMap.checkLegalityBeforeTypeCoercion()`. - #69083 (`5a561bd6f9`) added Paimon CHAR-padding regression cases that construct MAPs with STRUCT keys, including the failing `map(named_struct(...), 7)` expression. The expression is rejected during FE analysis with `MAP key type must be a primitive type`, before the Paimon writer runs. The same incompatibility affects the row-key, nested-map-key, NaN-key, and nested-NaN-key blocks in this suite. I verified that both the regression suite and `CreateMap.java` at this PR's current head (`850a2174e0`) are identical to the merged master (`41a58afba2`). The coordinator changes do not modify either file. The regression cases need to be aligned with the primitive-key restriction; the complex-key writer behavior already has direct coverage in `PaimonWriteSchemaTest`. No regression-suite fix is included in this PR yet. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
