Adds Russian documentation as the third managed translation locale, with honest English fallback for pages that have no current translation. Production deployment enables `ru` alongside `ja` and `ko`; local default builds remain English and Chinese. - Register optional `ru` / Русский, Russian UI and all 392 native navigation keys, an independent glossary/scope/state, and four machine-reviewed MD/MDX/4.x/community samples. Product landing pages remain outside the Russian translated-page registry. - Record the initial native inventory: 1,674 Dev, 1,619 4.x and 51 community required documents, plus two excluded drafts. The baseline reports zero merged Russian targets. Map the 47 actual Key Features document inputs as later translation dependencies. - Fix Russian ASCII search recall using the English/Russian analyzers together and shared length-preserving `ё`/`е` and punctuation normalization at indexing and the UI worker boundary. Extend real-worker queries, five-language publishing fixtures and all eight optional-language combinations. - Enable Russian in both production deployment workflows, retaining optimized publishing, strict verification of every managed locale, and validation before publication. Search changes require five locales and all active versions in Build Check. Validation: 235 local tests: 234 passed, 0 failed, 1 Apache integration test skipped by environment; all four samples pass structure, protected-content, syntax, terminology and internal-link checks; all managed configurations pass. Real-browser fixtures, Dev builds and PR full-version CI are being checked and will be reported here. The PR does not merge or deploy itself; merged-master coverage and public URL acceptance remain post-merge checks. No Russian model workflow or generation schedule is added. This combines Russian plan tasks T02–T05 in one PR as requested. Their separate intermediate merge prerequisites are replaced by this combined review. The initial snapshot is pinned to Apache master `82ccae858254f24b1b3a85f181ec289e386d33ae`; later coverage uses dynamic audits rather than its historical batch metadata.
