Adds an integration guide for DBine, a free, open source (MIT) desktop database manager with an Apache Doris connection type, under Connection & Integration > Data Integration. I'm the author of DBine. - `dbine.md` in English (dev and 4.x) and Chinese (dev and 4.x), with identical content, following the structure of the LibreDB Studio page. - A card in each of the four `intro.mdx` files and an entry in `sidebars.ts` and `versioned_sidebars/version-4.x-sidebars.json`, in alphabetical order. - Two screenshots (1650x1035, under 250 KB each) in `static/images/next/connection-integration/data-integration/dbine/` and the logo in `logos/dbine.svg`. 3.x and 2.1 are left alone because they use the older `ecosystem/bi/` layout, the same as the DataGrip, DBeaver and LibreDB Studio pages. Tested against `apache/doris:all-in-one-4.1.3`: connecting with a user that has `SELECT_PRIV` on one database, browsing databases, tables, views and columns, running queries, and `EXPLAIN`. The output shown on the page is what that server returned.
